Dr. Alejandro Herrera, our President and former US Marine, holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and has 30 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. He spearheaded the initial concept and innovative manufacturing facility design and paving grid products. Driven by his technical expertise and passion for sustainable business practices, Alejandro has been the driving force behind our company vision.
Mr. Cecil Calloway, our CEO and former US Marine, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (efficiency expert). He has led the production of 275- and 330-gallon IBC tanks for Mauser Packaging Solutions and Time Templasts' Core Plastech International. Cecil has assisted both IBC manufacturers in setting up their U.S. IBC tank manufacturing facility and scaling them to over $1M in monthly revenue within the first 4 months. With over two decades of corporate experience, Cecil has built strong business relationships, streamlined operations, and managed supply chain for renowned brands such as Accenture, Avancez/General Motors, and Keurig-Dr. Pepper.
